Application for Certificates (Current Students)

The certificates below are issued with ACM (Automatic Certificate Machine) .

At Student Support (Window 3) in Academic Affairs Office, it will take 2-3 days for the above-mentioned certificates and 1 week for the other requested certificates. Please apply with enough time.

<Undergraduate>

Current Program:

-Certificate of Expected Completion (Japanese/English) *1
-Student Discount Travel card *2
-Health Certificate *2

 

<Master’s Course>

*1 Only final academic year of students are eligible for Certificate of Expected Graduation.

*3 Please apply for the Certificate of Prospective Completion for Doctoral Course at Student Support (Window 3) in Academic Affairs Office.
