A Visit From TAIWAN TECH

The delegation members from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology were welcomed by the Faculty of Engineering, Hokkaido University on Thursday May 9. Prof. Jhy-Chern Liu (Dean of Collage of Engineering), Prof. Yee-Wen Yen (Chairman), Prof. Ming-Jong Tsai (Director), Asst. Prof. Fuchenng Teng, Asst. Prof. Yu-Cheng Chin visited our campus to discuss future collaboration. Prof. Tsuyoshi Setoguchi (Dean of the Graduate School of Engineering), Prof. Tetsuya Taketsugu (Dean of the Graduate School of Chemical Sciences and Engineering) and 7 professors joined the meeting.

The predecessor of TAIWAN TECH, The National Taiwan University of Science and Technology was established in 1974 and upgraded as a public university in 1997. Around 10,000 students study on the campus. 

Prof. Sato and 12 HU students are planning to participate in Learning Satellite Course held at TAIWAN TECH in June 2019. Also, the second joint symposium will be held following the last year.
