Faculty of Engineering welcomed Dr. Tsai Shih-Chin from National Tsing Hua University, Dr. Lee Chuan-Pin and Ms. Pan Ji-ju from National Cheng Kung University and Prof. Toshihiko Onuki from Tokyo Institute of Technology on Friday, June 28th. Prof. Tsuyoshi Setoguchi (Dean, Faculty of Engineering), Prof. Kazuhiro Sawa (Director, the Division of Energy and Environmental Systems), Prof. Tamotsu Kozaki and Assoc. Prof. Naoko Watanabe joined the meeting. They are promoting international joint research in the field of nuclear and environmental systems.
National Tsing Hua University, the contact university in Taiwan for this joint research, and HU signed University-level exchange agreement in August 2012.
