A Visit from Politecnico di Torino

Prof. Stefania Specchia from Polietcnico di Torino was welcomed by Prof. Habazaki Hiroki (Dean, Faculty of Engineering), and Prof. Ohashi Toshiro on Friday, April 28. Prof. Specchia visited our campus to discuss activating the exchanges of researchers and students between Politecnico di Torino and HU.

Politecnico di Torino is the first Italian Engineering School. It was founded as a School for Engineers in 1859. Many engineers, architects, designers, and so on have been trained there for over 160 years, and it ranks among the top 20 European technical universities for education and research in Engineering and Architecture. It has about 38,700 students which includes more than 7,000 international students from over 100 countries.
