Dear e3 Family,
I hope you are doing well with your studies and research. I am writing this email to announce the most popular e3 event, e3 summer field trip. It’s a two-day field trip which includes accommodation and BBQ party at Kitaushi Forest Village National Park; educational trip to Asahikawa wastewater treatment plant and Itomuka Mine; and excursion to Asahiyama Zoo, Biei, Kitaushi Park, Sounkyo and Ginga No Taki.
Like the previous e3 events, this time also we are taking care of the food preferences of participants. For barbecue, we have plenty of Halal food and it’s a no pork event. For vegetarians, also we have plenty of options on barbecue as well vegetarian lunch.

Participation Fee
6500 Yen for Due paying e3 Members, 7500 Yen for others
Participation fee includes the cost of transportation, two lunches, barbecue party, breakfast and entry fee for zoo. We will collect the fees in advance on 9th August 2017 (Wednesday) in engineering lobby from2pm to 3pm.
Registration
Please fill up the registration form by 04th August 2017 (Friday). Number of participants is limited (32 Only) and participation will be provided on first come first serve basis. This is the most popular e3 event, therefore please register at the earliest. Event is open for e3 students and their friends.
