(Please make sure to register for both spring and summer term courses and full semester courses.)

(Please make sure to register for both fall and winter term courses and full semester courses.)
- Please check the post on Unire and the announcement sent from the Academic Affairs Office of the Graduate School of Engineering for details. The announcement is usually sent in November for students enrolled in October, and in May for students enrolled in April.
- This procedure is for master's course students of Graduate School of Engineering EXCEPT for the Division of Cooperative Program for Resources Engineering.
Please make sure to check your grades on ELMS during the 'grade confirmation period' for each semester.

- For new students: ELMS ID and Password will be distributed at the beginning of the semester of your enrollment.
- For current students: If you have forgotten your ELMS ID and Password, please go to window #5, 1st floor, Institute of the Advancement of Higher Education, with your student ID.
*Please make sure to consult with your supervisor(s) regarding your course registration. If you are not registering for any courses this semester, you must inform your supervisor(s) that you will not be taking any classes.

- If the designated requirements are met, a certain number of credits can be transferred to the primary field of study (for students other than CPRE) or to the Specialized Elective Compulsory Subjects (for students in the Cooperative Program for Resources Engineering).]
- To transfer credits, students must first obtain approval from their supervisor(s) and then submit the required form to the Academic Affairs Office by email (k-gakuin[at]eng.hokudai.ac.jp).
- For further details, please refer to the student manual for your year of enrollment.
For the recipients of MEXT Scholarship (University Recommendation), nomination through the e3 program "Global Engineering Leadership Program for Sustainable Development."
You are required to take one of the following courses:
- System Engineering 1
- System Engineering 2
※The recipients of MEXT Scholarship (University Recommendation) through the “Next-Generation Green Transformation Leader Development Program” are not subject to the above restrictions.
