e3 office and the International Office of Engineering (A1-05) will be closed from 28th of December, 2024 to 5th of January, 2025.
We will be unable to respond to any e-mail inquiries during this period.
Also, the e3 online documents submission system cannot be accessed during the period.
*The e3 Alumni System is only available for on-campus connections such as HINES.
Our office and system will re-open from 6th of Jan (Mon).

Doctoral students are required to undergo mid-term evaluations towards the end of first and second year of their program. Now is a period for evaluation for the D1 and D2 students enrolled in October. Evaluation presentations are public, so please join some of the presentations if you want to learn from your seniors. Schedule is updated regularly.
