Application guidelines for e3 Special selection April 2024 enrollment /October 2024 Enrollment with CSC scholarship are uploaded. External and internal (already enrolled in the Graduate School of Engineering as Bachelor's, Master's or Research students) applicants who wish to enroll in the e3 program from April 2024 shall follow the guidelines to submit their application.

The e3 program will accept applications from those who plan to apply for the Scholarship Program supported by China Scholarship Council and start Doctoral program from October 2024 at the same time as Special Selection for April 2024. Please first carefully check the accaptance letter application page if you are a Chinese national who is palnning to apply for CSC program.

The on-line application system will be opened from September 4th. Please check the e3 special selection page for further details of the application procedure and documents submission timeline.
