Application guidelines for e3 Special selection April 2025 enrollment / October 2025 Enrollment with CSC scholarship are uploaded.
External and internal (already enrolled in the Graduate School of Engineering as Bachelor's, Master's or Research students) applicants who wish to enroll in the e3 program from April 2025 shall follow the guidelines to submit their application.

Please check the e3 special selection page for further details of the application procedure and documents submission timeline.
The e3 online documents submission system will be available during the matching check period only. 

The e3 program will accept applications from those who plan to apply for the Scholarship Program supported by China Scholarship Council and start Doctoral program from October 2025 at the same time as Special Selection for April 2025. Please first carefully check the accaptance letter application page if you are a Chinese national who is palnning to apply for CSC program.
