Notice of office closure during New Year holidays 2025-26

The e3 Program Office and the International Office of Engineering (rooms A1-05) will be closed from December 27th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026.
Also, the Academic Affairs Office and Student Support Section will be closed.

We will be unable to respond to any e-mail inquiries during this period.

All the offices will reopen on January 5th, 2026.
